Before you read my words and enjoy whats to follow - let me will tell you something about myself. My name is Shubhra and it refers to to things bright holy and auspicious. It is also the name of Goddess Saraswati who you would know is the goddess of music and learning in Hinduism.

I was born in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh in present-day India. It is the same Ballia district which is the taposthali of Maharishi Bhrigu ji and falls near Kashi (present day Varanasi), the ancient city of Shiva.

My mother Mrs. Pushpa Sinha and my father Mr. Arun Kumar Sinha are both teachers from whom I have received the rites of teaching and learning from home. I was always the topper in reading and was a dear student of teachers and teachers.

After completing my graduation from Hindi literature and music and post-graduation from Hindi literature, I performed music in classical singing from Prayag Sangeet Samiti Allahabad.

Then I started teaching in a higher secondary school. The inspiration to become a teacher came from my parents only.

When I was married to Mr. Akhauri Mithilesh Kumar Ji, I came to Gumla district of Jharkhand.

I love reading literary and religious books, writing poems, listening to music, and playing harmonium, singing music.

Due to these interests, I am making a small effort to bring my creations to you through this website.

I hope that all of you will appreciate and like this small effort of mine, not paying attention to my errors. -
